2. Hosting und Website-Bereitstellung (Squarespace)
Ich hoste meine Website bei Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Le營n, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Irland). Squarespace verarbeitet technische Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browsertyp) sowie eingegebene Formulardaten, um die Stabilität und Sicherheit der Website zu gewährleisten. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse gem. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Da Daten in die USA übertragen werden können, greifen die Standardvertragsklauseln und das EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Online-Terminbuchung (Acuity Scheduling)
Für die Buchung von Coaching-Terminen nutze ich Acuity Scheduling (ein Dienst der Squarespace-Gruppe). Die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten (Name, E-Mail, Telefonnummer, Wunschtermin) werden auf Servern von Squarespace verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist die Anbahnung oder Erfüllung Ihres Coaching-Vertrags (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
4. Online-Coaching (Google Meet)
Digitale Coaching-Sitzungen führe ich über Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) durch. Hierbei werden Video-, Audio- und Profildaten verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist die Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
5. Zahlungsabwicklung (Stripe & PayPal)
Zur Abrechnung meiner Dienstleistungen biete ich Zahlungen über Drittanbieter an (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO):
Stripe: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Irland.
PayPal: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, Luxemburg.
Bei der Nutzung werden Ihre Zahlungs- und Kontaktdaten direkt an den gewählten Zahlungsdienstleister übermittelt.
6. Social Media (Link zu Instagram)
Auf meiner Website ist ein Link zu meinem Instagram-Profil (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) eingebunden. Dies ist ein statischer Link, der beim reinen Surfen auf meiner Seite keine Daten an Instagram überträgt. Erst wenn Sie den Link aktiv anklicken, werden Sie zu Instagram weitergeleitet und dort gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Meta.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17) und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten. Eine Übersicht der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörden finden Sie beim BfDI.

2. Hosting and Website Provision (Squarespace)
I host my website with Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Le井n, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland). Squarespace processes technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) and entered form data to ensure the stability and security of the website. The legal basis is my legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Since data may be transferred to the USA, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.
3. Online Appointment Booking (Acuity Scheduling)
For booking coaching appointments, I use Acuity Scheduling (a service of the Squarespace Group). The data you enter (name, email address, phone number, preferred date) will be processed on Squarespace servers. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of your coaching contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
4. Online Coaching (Google Meet)
I conduct digital coaching sessions via Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Video, audio, and profile data are processed during these sessions. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
5. Payment Processing (Stripe & PayPal)
To bill my services, I offer payments via third-party providers (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR):

PayPal: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, Luxembourg.
When using these services, your payment and contact data are transmitted directly to the selected payment service provider.
6. Social Media (Link to Instagram)
A link to my Instagram profile (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) is integrated into my website. This is a static link that does not transfer any data to Instagram when you simply browse my site. Data is only transferred to Instagram if you actively click on the link, at which point Meta's privacy policy applies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), and restriction of processing of your data. You can find an overview of the competent supervisory authorities on the website of the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).

2. Verkkosivuston ylläpito ja alusta (Squarespace)
Verkkosivustoni alustana toimii Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Le井n, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Irlanti). Squarespace käsittelee teknisiä tietoja (esim. IP-osoite, selaimen tyyppi) sekä yhteydenottolomakkeisiin syötettyjä tietoja varmistaakseen sivuston vakauden ja turvallisuuden. Käsittelyn oikeusperusteena on oikeutettu etuni GDPR:n 6 artiklan 1 kohdan f alakohdan mukaisesti. Koska tietoja voidaan siirtää Yhdysvaltoihin, sovelletaan EU:n vakiolausekkeita (SCC) sekä EU:n ja Yhdysvaltojen välistä tietosuojakehystä (Data Privacy Framework).
3. Verkkoajanvaraus (Acuity Scheduling)
Coaching-aikojen varaamiseen käytän Acuity Scheduling -palvelua (joka kuuluu Squarespace-konserniin). Syöttämäsi tiedot (nimi, sähköpostiosoite, puhelinnumero, toivottu ajankohta) käsitellään Squarespacen palvelimilla. Käsittelyn oikeusperusteena on coaching-sopimuksen täytäntöönpano tai sen valmistelu (GDPR 6 art. 1 kohdan b alakohta).
4. Verkko-coaching (Google Meet)
Digitaaliset coaching-tapaamiset järjestän Google Meet -palvelun kautta (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irlanti). Tapaamisten aikana käsitellään video-, ääni- ja profiilitietoja. Käsittelyn oikeusperusteena on sopimuksen täytäntöönpano (GDPR 6 art. 1 kohdan b alakohta).

Tietoja siirtyy Instagramille vasta silloin, jos klikkaat linkkiä aktiivisesti, jolloin sovelletaan Metan omia tietosuojaehtoja.
